I say it depends. If the kid uses the words in the right place and time and understand that the word can hurt, I don't mind. In this instence kid is not hurting anyone but he doesn't fully understand the meaning of the word or know the right place and time for use if this word. That's when I care. Does my system work for everybody? No but it works for us.

I'm sorry I be getting up from that chair stand them up kneel down in front of them and let him know that that's unacceptable and that he's going to be doing corner corner time. Take him straight to the corner don't even look at him in the eyes after he gets out of the corner put them back in and ignore everything he says

What about when he starts school and uses that language around other children? They don't want hear it and I know their parents don't want their kids to hear that language. No one will invite that kid to birthday parties or sleep overs or even want to be there friend. How will the parents explain that to their son when he is rejected by his classmates?
